I forgot my password, how do I reset it? 

You can retrieve or reset your password by clicking on the forgotten password link from the login page. Once on the password reset page, enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Click submit to have a password reset link e-mailed to you.

What to do if your order hasn't been delivered? 

Here at Zeroks our biggest priority is our customers and we will always do our best to deliver your order on time. 

 

Waiting for your order delivery 

You can always find your estimated delivery date in your email "order confirmation". This should have been sent when you placed your order. If you can't find it, we suggest you check your spam mail if not, contact our customer support team for assistance. 

 

How can I track my order? 

You should be able to check and track the progress of your order delivery if one was provided. You can find more information about your order in the email "order confirmation". The email should contain more details about your estimated order delivery as well as how to track your order. 

 

Delivery Service 

We will do our best to ship products from your nearest warehouse, in order to ensure that orders get delivered on time. This will however depend on availability, and there may be cases whereby we are force to ship from another store depending on availability.

NOTE: Our standard delivery charges may vary depending on your location/country.  

Some sellers may have a different delivery timeframe, please check the delivery option provided before placing an order. 


In order to better protect our customers, payments made when placing orders get reserved with us. What this means is that we won't immediately take money from your account when placing an order until the order has been confirmed. 

Orders are usually processed within the same day but this may vary for some sellers.


Does Zeroks charge VAT, Customs, Taxes or other additional fees

Zeroks only charges payments for the cost of the products. As a result, you will only be charged for total order shown / displayed in your shopping cart when placing an order.


Other fees, such as customs, taxes, or VAT may be required for your order under the complete discretion of your local government. The rules and regulations regarding VAT, Custom, Taxes etc on the importation of goods between from remote sellers to buyers or via e-commerce market platforms vary from country to country


Products shipped locally or within the UK or EU

VAT is included in the total product price, and as such no import duties or additional price will be added.

Products shipped from Outside the EU, China and Rest of the World.

In some cases, there may be VAT, Custom duties or other fees levied by the destination of your orders. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unfortunately unable to provide estimates of such charges due to the fact that these fees vary from country to county. We strongly recommend that customer check the shipping info or product details provided by the seller before placing an order.

What to do if you received an incorrect order or simply wish to cancel



Can I cancel an order once placed? 

You can cancel orders placed provided that the orders haven't already been processed or already on the way. This will depend on when the orders were placed (30 minutes after placing your order).


You can cancel your orders by simply logging into your account ----> orders and click on the cancellation button. Once we have received your cancellation request, our customer support team will contact you once processed.

I have cancelled my order, when will I get a refund? 

In order to better protect customers, payments made when placing orders get reserved with us. What this means is that we won't immediately take money from your account when placing an order until the order has been confirmed. 

Once we receive a cancellation order, our dedicated customer support team will process a refund and send an email confirmation. Do bear in mind that it could take up to 7 - 10 working days for funds to reach your account depending on your bank. 

(If the order was placed through one of sellers, we will work with them in order to process a refund as soon as possible) 

 

Wrong order delivered or Missing an item 

If you believe the items you received aren't the ones you ordered or you are missing an item, please do reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

Faulty Item/Product 
If you think that you have been sent a faulty or defective product or item, the best thing to do is to contact us or the seller as soon as possible and provide amble description of the product or item in question, the order number and pictures if possible (optional). You can fill out a return form our Returns page found at the end of this page.

Pay in 3 Payments - Buy Now, Pay Later

PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. It’s a great way to spread the cost of larger items or to cover emergencies, and is a helpful tool to manage your budget more effectively. How do I make a payment? 

You can make payment when placing an order by simply entering your payment details when you get to the checkout page. We do accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

Note: We currently don't accept Google Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay at the moment, but will let you know once we begin to accept those payment methods. 

 

Security 

Protecting our customers is of great importance to us here at Zeroks and that is why we take it seriously when it comes to Fraud. Credit and Debit holders are subject to validation and authorization.

Returns & Refunds


How can I return an order? 
 

Any unwanted item/product can be returned for a refund up to 28 days of delivery provided that the item(s)/product(s) are returned in the same condition they were prior to been delivered.  

Note:  We do have a 28 days return policy and won't accept any returns outside this time frame. Certain items are excluded from this, please do check with the seller.
